| Job Description | To Knowwell about the appropriate MEP construction and quality control methods. To order and collect appropriate quotations from MEP sub contractors To compare and check quotations and negotiate with MEP sub contractors To look ahead to the next process and understand the immediate milestones that need to be achieved. To manage the site schedule and instruct MEP sub contractors on the resources required for each progress schedule. To order the shop drawing from MEP sub contrctors and check and order the correction up to final approval To communicate with owners well and coordinate necessary work. |
